You can buy credits from the reseller portal in a few steps.

Buy a credit pack

1. Open Portal -> Credits.
2. Choose a credit pack.
3. Complete checkout.

After payment, your credit balance should update automatically.

Tips

• Connect Stripe first so your store can become checkout-ready.
• For a new store, Stripe connection plus credits is the fastest path to launch.
• Buy extra credits before promotions to avoid checkout interruptions.
