How credits work

Pandora uses pay-as-you-go credits for report fulfillment. You buy credit packs as needed; there is no monthly subscription requirement.

What a credit means

One credit is consumed when a paid report is generated for an order.

Why credits matter

If your credit balance reaches 0, checkout can be disabled on your storefront. Keep a small buffer to avoid interruptions.

Who pays what

Best practices

• Keep enough credits to cover near-term expected sales.
• Top up credits before campaigns or high-traffic periods.

If credits do not appear

If you purchased credits but your portal still shows 0:

1. Refresh and wait about a minute.
2. If it still shows 0, contact support and include your store subdomain.
