Checkout troubleshooting

If checkout is disabled or customers cannot purchase a package, use this checklist.

"This store is not ready for checkout yet"

Common causes:

  • Stripe is not connected
  • Credit balance is 0
  • Store status is not active

What to do:

  1. Connect Stripe and complete any Action required steps.
  2. Buy credits so your balance is above 0.
  3. Refresh the storefront and try again.

If checkout is still blocked, contact support and include your store subdomain.

"This package is not available for purchase yet"

Common causes:

  • Package is not published/active
  • Package price is missing or set to 0
  • Package has no metrics selected

What to do:

  1. Open Portal -> Packages.
  2. Confirm the package is active.
  3. Confirm metrics are selected.
  4. Confirm price and currency are set.

Checkout fails after redirecting to Stripe

If payment does not complete:

  • Ask the customer to retry in a fresh browser tab.
  • Check Stripe for payment errors or account requirement issues.
  • Make sure your Stripe account is fully onboarded.
