Typical order lifecycle
- Paid: customer completed checkout successfully
- Assessment in progress: customer has an assessment link
- Report ready: report is available to view/share
Where to manage orders
Use the reseller portal to:
- Track order status
- Copy the assessment link while assessment is in progress
- Copy the report link when report is ready
What to send to customers
- Send the assessment link to start or continue the assessment.
- Send the report link once the report is ready.
