This article explains what happens after a customer purchases a package: order creation, assessment access, and report delivery.

Typical order lifecycle

  1. Paid: customer completed checkout successfully
  2. Assessment in progress: customer has an assessment link
  3. Report ready: report is available to view/share

Where to manage orders

Use the reseller portal to:

  • Track order status
  • Copy the assessment link while assessment is in progress
  • Copy the report link when report is ready

What to send to customers

  • Send the assessment link to start or continue the assessment.
  • Send the report link once the report is ready.
